This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for paid EmpatiQ subscriptions. EmpatiQ is operated by S3P Solutions Inc., and any subscription purchase is a transaction with S3P Solutions Inc. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms described below. This policy supplements our Terms of Service.
EmpatiQ offers a 7-day free trial of the Individual plan. No credit card is required to start the trial, and you will not be charged unless you actively subscribe. If you decide not to continue, simply do not start a subscription — there is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund.
If you subscribe to a paid plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This applies to first-time subscribers on monthly and yearly Individual plans.
To qualify:
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. We do not provide refunds for renewal charges, partial periods, or unused time after the 14-day window described above.
You can cancel renewal at any time from your billing portal. After cancellation, you keep access until the end of the current billing period; no further charges will be made.
Yearly plans are eligible for the 14-day money-back guarantee on the initial purchase. After 14 days, yearly subscriptions are non-refundable for the remainder of the term, but you may cancel renewal at any time and will not be charged for the next year.
Refunds for Small Organisation and Enterprise plans are governed by the terms of the signed order form or master service agreement between EmpatiQ and the customer. The 14-day money-back guarantee does not apply to these plans by default. Contact sales@empatiq.com for details specific to your contract.
Subscriptions purchased with a promo code, discount, or under a special offer are subject to the terms of that promotion. Where the promotion's terms conflict with this policy, the promotion's terms control. Free or heavily discounted subscriptions may be excluded from refunds entirely.
If EmpatiQ experiences extended downtime or a material service failure, we may issue partial refunds, account credits, or service extensions at our discretion, even outside the 14-day window. Contact us with details of the disruption and we will review on a case-by-case basis.

We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve issues directly and faster than a chargeback. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to contact us may result in suspension of your account pending resolution.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence (for example, EU consumer protection law). Where local law provides stronger refund rights than this policy, those rights apply.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
