EmpatiQ (empatiqapp.com — "the Service") is operated by S3P Solutions Inc. ("S3P Solutions", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions between you and S3P Solutions Inc. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
EmpatiQ is an AI-powered simulation platform designed exclusively for training purposes for mental health professionals, students, and researchers. The platform generates simulated patient personas for practicing clinical and therapeutic skills.
EmpatiQ is a training tool only. It is not a clinical product, not a substitute for real therapy, and must not be used to provide mental health services to real patients.
You must be at least 18 years old and either a licensed mental health professional, a student enrolled in an accredited program, or a researcher to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration and to update it as necessary.
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription after your free trial period. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. All payments are processed securely through Paddle. We do not store your payment card details.

All patient personas, conversations, and session content are AI-generated simulations. They do not represent real individuals. EmpatiQ makes no representations about the clinical accuracy of any AI-generated content, and it should not be relied upon as clinical guidance.
All content, software, and materials on the Service are owned by S3P Solutions Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or clinically appropriate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, S3P Solutions Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
